ROPO Technologies, having its registered office at Ramsurati Sadan, Daroga Tola, Ward No. 01, Near C.T School, Motihari, Bihar-845401,India (“ROPO Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website and tablet applications available at www.ropotechnologies.com (collectively  referred to as “ROPO”, “Website”, “App”), which inter alia facilitate services listed (“Services”) on the Website & App. The term “User” or “Users” or “you” or “your” means any individual which uses, accesses or, browses the Website or App and/or book services on the Website or App.

  1. Cancellation by Service Providers:

a. In case a service provider cancels an appointment, ROPO will inform the customer immediately.

b. The customer will have the option to reschedule the appointment or request a refund.

c. If the customer chooses to reschedule the appointment, ROPO will make best efforts to find a new service provider at the earliest convenience.

d. If the customer chooses a refund, ROPO will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

  1. Cancellation by Customers:

a. Customers can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

b. If a customer cancels the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, ROPO will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee.

c. If a customer does not show up for the appointment and does not provide any prior notice, ROPO will charge a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service fee.

d. The cancellation fee or no-show fee will be deducted from the customer's wallet.

3. Cancellation by the Company:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a customer's appointment or booking, we will do our best to provide as much notice as possible. We may need to cancel due to reasons such as staff sickness, equipment failure, or weather conditions. If we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund to the customer.

In the event of a cancellation, we will also work with the customer to reschedule the                                              appointment or booking for a time that is convenient for them.

  1. Exceptions:

a. In case of any emergency, such as a sudden illness or a natural disaster, ROPO will waive the cancellation fee or no-show fee.

b. ROPO may also waive the cancellation fee or no-show fee at its sole discretion, in case of any extenuating circumstances.

By using the ROPO On-Demand Home Services Marketplace app, both service providers and customers agree to abide by this cancellation policy. ROPO reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to service providers and customers via the app.

Note: Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed-upon appointment or booking time. If a customer is not available or cancels outside of the cancellation policy guidelines, we reserve the right to charge a fee or not provide a refund.
