Welcome to our On-Demand Home Services Marketplace ROPO ("Marketplace"), an online platform that connects customers ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Service Providers") for home services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ROPO as a Customer or Service Provider, as applicable. By accessing or using ROPO, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

  1. Eligibility

To use our platform ROPO, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  1. Services Provided

ROPO provides a platform for Service Providers to offer and Customers to request a variety of home services, including but not limited to cleaning, home repairs, handyman services, plumbing, electrical work, home salon etc. Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of ROPO. We do not provide any services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality or performance of any services provided by Service Providers.

  1. Booking Services

To request services through ROPO, Customers must create an account and provide us with certain information, including their name, contact information, and address. Customers can then browse Service Providers also services and book services for a specific date and time. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking services. Service Providers may accept or decline service requests in their sole discretion.

  1. Payment

Customers will be charged a fee for the services provided by the Service Providers. The fee will be disclosed to the Customer prior to booking the service. Customers will be required to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge their payment method for the fee. Payment is due at the time of service, and Customers may be required to pay a cancellation fee if they cancel a service within a certain time frame.

  1. Service Provider Requirements

Service Providers must meet certain requirements to use ROPO, including passing a background check, having the necessary licenses and certifications to provide services in their area, and maintaining adequate insurance coverage. Service Providers are responsible for providing their own tools, equipment, and transportation.

  1. Service Provider Conduct

Service Providers are expected to provide high-quality services and conduct themselves professionally at all times. Service Providers are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful or unethical conduct, including discrimination, harassment, or fraud. Service Providers must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Feedback and Ratings

Customers may provide feedback and ratings on Service Providers after a service is completed. Service Providers acknowledge that feedback and ratings may be publicly available on ROPO and may affect their ability to receive future service requests.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Service Providers or Customers. Service Providers are independent contractors and not our employees or agents. We do not assume any liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the services provided by Service Providers. Customers and Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their use of the ROPO.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Customers and Service Providers must be resolved between the parties. We are not responsible for resolving disputes between Customers and Service Providers.

  1. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will notify Customers and Service Providers of any material changes to these Terms, and their continued use of ROPO after such notice constitutes their acceptance of the modified Terms.

  1. Termination

We may terminate a Customer or Service Provider's access to ROPO at any time for any reason in our sole discretion. Termination does not relieve a Customer or Service Provider of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

  1. Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property rights in ROPO, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights. Customers and Service Providers are prohibited from using our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or ROPO shall be brought exclusively in our jurisdiction courts Motihari.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding ROPO and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding ROPO.

  1. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which is available on ROPO at https://www.ropotechnologies.com/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy"), outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using ROPO, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  1. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights under these Terms to any other person or entity.

Your continued use of ROPO after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, and internet or telecommunications failures.

  1. Feedback

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to ROPO. By submitting any feedback, comments, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any restriction or compensation to you.

  1. No Agency

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.

  1. Language

These Terms may be translated into other languages for your convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

  1. Electronic Communications

By using ROPO, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to emails, push notifications, and text messages. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
