ROPO Technologies, having its registered office at Ramsurati Sadan, Daroga Tola, Ward No. 01, Near C.T School, Motihari, Bihar-845401,India (“ROPO Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website and tablet applications available at www.ropotechnologies.com (collectively  referred to as “ROPO”, “Website”, “App”), which inter alia facilitate services listed (“Services”) on the Website & App. The term “User” or “Users” or “you” or “your” means any individual which uses, accesses or, browses the Website or App and/or book services on the Website or App.

At ROPO, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services through our trusted service providers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer needs to request a refund. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Customers can request a refund if they have received unsatisfactory services or if the service provider did not fulfill the agreed-upon services. Customers must notify ROPO within 48 hours of the completion of the service if they wish to request a refund.

  1. Refund Process:

Once ROPO receives a refund request, we will investigate the issue and contact the service provider to obtain additional information. If we find that the service was unsatisfactory or not fulfilled, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

  1. Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be based on the amount paid for the service. ROPO will issue a full refund for the service if it was not completed or was unsatisfactory. If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, ROPO will issue a partial refund.

  1. Payment Method:

ROPO will issue refunds to the customer’s wallet. Customer can use wallet amount for further service bookings.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

If a customer cancels a service before it is ongoing, ROPO will issue a full refund. However, if a customer cancels a service after ongoing, the refund amount will be prorated based on the amount of work completed or serviceman travelling cost if work is not done.

  1. No Refunds for Certain Situations:

ROPO will not issue refunds if a customer cancels a service due to changes in their personal circumstances or if the service provider is unable to complete the service due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or other emergencies.

  1. Dispute Resolution:

If a customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by ROPO, they can escalate the issue to our support team for further review and resolution.
